Teacher Recruitment Process
To maintain quality education, all applicants must complete the following recruitment stages:
Step 1 – Teacher Application Request
Submit your initial application and provide your educational background, teaching experience, and personal information for review.
Step 2 – Teaching Test
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a teaching assessment designed to evaluate their Islamic knowledge, Tajweed skills, teaching methodology, communication skills, and subject expertise.
Step 3 – Result Evaluation
After the assessment process, candidates will receive their evaluation report and examination results.
Step 4 – Teacher Admission
Successful candidates will complete the Teacher Admission Form and submit the required documents for final verification.
Step 5 – Appointment & Training
Approved teachers will receive onboarding guidance, academy policies, teaching instructions, and access to the teacher dashboard.
Test Fee Concession Facility
Sunni Academy believes that financial difficulties should not prevent qualified individuals from serving Islamic education.
Applicants who are unable to pay the Teaching Test Fee may submit a Test Fee Concession Request. Upon approval, the fee may be deducted from future teaching earnings according to academy policy.
Each request is reviewed individually and confidentially.
